Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7-14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at TheDirtyKernel@gmail.com within 7 days, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order. If your package is returned due to incorrect shipping details, we will reship the item at your expense.
